AWS - Exam Details

The AWS Certification test evaluates a candidate's knowledge, skills, and ability to use AWS products and services. These tests are meticulously created by subject matter specialists. Each exam has a content overview that includes exam guides (domains, objectives, and the percentage of questions in each domain). The exam guidelines are available for download on the AWS Certification website.

Prerequisites

You can take an AWS Certification exam without having completed any prerequisites. AWS does, however, recommend that you have the required hands-on experience for each exam. AWS also provides training and tools to assist you in gaining the knowledge and abilities required to pass each exam.

With the approval of a parent or legal guardian, candidates between the ages of 13 and 17 may take the AWS Certification tests.

Multiple-response questions receive no partial credit if they are left unanswered.

Exam Duration

There are 65 multiple-choice questions in the exam, which takes 130 minutes to complete.

Exam Language

The AWS Certification exam is conducted in English. On request, a 30-minute exam extension is provided for non-native English speakers. Before registering for the exam, you must request "ESL +30."
