Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of UGC-approved online degree courses at BITS Pilani can apply for admission to their course of choice. They will be required to register themselves and then complete the application form with relevant documents and admission fees.

BITS Pilani Online Course Admission Process:

Applicants must follow certain steps to apply for the application form and enroll in the BITS Pilani online courses.

  • Visit the official website - bits-pilani-wilp.ac.in

  • Register yourself by entering your email ID and creating a password of your choice

  • Post-registration, complete the application process by providing your personal, academic, and professional details

  • Download the PDF copy of the application form

  • Pay the application fee via Netbanking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card

  • Take a printout of the downloaded application form

On page no.3, named the Employer Consent Form, of the printed application form, you will be required to take a sign and stamp of your organisation’s HR or any other authorised signatory of the company.

Further, page no. 4, called the Mentor Consent Form, of the printed application form is required to be signed by your Mentor.

  • After that, self-attest all academic mark sheets and certificates

  • Upload and submit all the required documents

After the submission of the application form along with all the required documents, the Admissions Cell will scrutinise them for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility.

The Cell will then inform selected candidates via email within two weeks of application submission. Applicants can check the selection status by logging in to the Online Application Centre.

The institute conducts mid-semester examinations and comprehensive examinations for each course on weekends. BITS Pilani offers two modes of exams - online examination and in-person examinations at designated exam centres - during semesters 1, 2 and 3.

In the online mode of examinations, students can take exams online from anywhere with the help of a laptop/ desktop with a webcam, a smartphone and good internet connectivity.
