NMIMS Mumbai Online Degree Admission Cancellation Process

In case of admission cancellation of any students at NMIMS Mumbai, the institute would refund the admission fee as per the institute cancellation rules and refund policy and procedure. The admission processing fee/ registration fee of INR 1,200 is non-refundable, meaning the candidate who requested admission cancellation would not get the registration fee.

For candidates who paid the registration fee and the initial amount of Rs. 5000 and opt for registration cancellation, the deduction applicable will be:

  • Instalment payment – Rs 2,500

The admission cancellation request can be processed only when the student is admitted to the University or a student number is generated. The cancellation request must be received within the stipulated dates announced by the University on the website for every admission cycle from time to time, whether the student has paid the Semester fee, Annual fee or Full fees. The university will refund the eligible amount to the candidate either via cheque/ DD or transfer to the same account from which the payment was made as mentioned by the candidate in the admission/ registration cancellation form submitted.
