The CIMA for Graduates: Global Management Accounting Course and Gateway Program will equip you with critical knowledge to receive CGMA qualification by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). The certified Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) lays as much emphasis on business management as on accounting.

The Management Accounting programme by IMS Proschool is also a time-effective way to become a CGMA. After completing this programme, you will be exempt from 11 out of 16 CIMA examinations. Also, you will be eligible to directly take the Master Gateway exam.

Eligibility criteria

To join the classroom-based Management Accounting training programme, you must have completed your graduation in commerce or a relevant field of study. But if you want to join the online prep option, you must have two years of experience along with graduation.

There will be three terms – T1, T2, and T3 during the course, with a separate exam of 100 marks at the end of each term. The term-end test holds a weightage of 70%, while your attendance and assignment contribute 10% and 20% to the final score, respectively. You will be eligible for the Management Accounting certification only if you score at least 50% marks in the exams.

Admission details

Step 2 – Select the ‘Enroll’ option at the top of the page to open the registration page.

Step 3 – Click on the ‘Register’ button. You will reach an application form.

Step 4 – Enter all the required details in the application form and hit ‘Register’.

Step 5 – You will now be redirected to the enrolment page. Now, choose the CIMA for Graduates: Global Management Accounting Course and Gateway Program option and its variant from the drop-downs. Choose the declaration option and click on the ‘Enroll Candidate’ button.

Step 6 – A payment gateway will appear. Just enter the details and pay the course fee to enrol in the course. 


Filling the form

The application form for the Management Accounting programme by Proschool requires you to fill in some basic information. It includes your name, mobile number, father’s name, gender, email ID, name on Aadhaar, date of birth, nationality, and country.

You must also specify your state, city, district, address, pin code, highest qualification, and current profile. Besides, you need to choose the learning mode and create a new password to register for the course.

Evaluation process

The exams for the CIMA for Graduates: Global Management Accounting Course and Gateway Program by Proschool will follow an integrated case study pattern. Each term, i.e., T1, T2, and T3, will have separate exams. These three-hour-long exams will be held on the 2nd and 4th week of the month. Each exam will be 70 marks. You must score at least 50% to pass.
