Preparing for Inclusion

Preparing for Inclusion online course focuses on the methodologies that an organization should prepare for inclusion. The training covers subjects such as developing an inclusive vision, implementing key policies to promote inclusion, accessibility, program modelling, and staff development. The program gives insight and perspective into how to make the transition to a more inclusive educational approach. Preparing for Inclusion online certificate is developed by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), public-private cooperation that intends to develop underprivileged and semi-skilled employees into productive and qualified workers.

Preparing for Inclusion online training includes 2 hours of comprehensive video lectures, as well as exercises and quizzes to assess the candidates' learning. The course seeks to teach students how to establish a vision and mission for inclusion preparations, investigate equality of opportunity, protect the students, and appreciate concerns about developing a more accessible and inclusive curriculum to fulfill the requirements of persons with special needs. The course also includes a certificate of completion, which students can obtain by completing the course and passing the final exam.
