Admission details

Step 1. Start the admission process for the Diabetes Educator training course here: https://vivohealthcare.com/courses/diabetes-educator.html.

Step 2. Locate the "Admission Form" icon to download the admission form. 

Step 3. Next, fill up the admission form and submit it to the nearest VIVO skill centre along with the other required documents.

Step 4. After your application has been reviewed; you will need to deposit the programme fee either online or at any centre.  


Filling the form

Diabetes Educator programme's admission form will ask you for basic contact details. You will need to mention the course name, your mother's and father's name and their contact number. Apart from this, you will need to enter your DOB, caste category, marital status, blood group, nationality, religion, and gender.

Other details asked in the form include your address, Pincode, state, mobile number, email address, and Aadhar number. Finally, provide details of your education level, guardian, and bank. You will also need to sign a declaration to apply. 

Evaluation process

To complete the Diabetes Educator course, you must sit for the pre-internship examination. In any case, if you seem unable to pass the exam, pay Rs. 1500 for every Remediation exam you sit for. Besides, you need 70% or more in the pre-internship to make your way through the clinical internship.
