Step 2: To begin your application process, fill out the admission form. The form can be obtained from the nearest VIVO Skill Centre. Attach passport-size photographs, photo ID proof, and previous mark sheets with the admission form.
Step 3: After your documents have been verified, you will be required to deposit the tuition fee at the nearest VIVO Skill Centre. You can also pay your fees online.
The admission form for the Medical Laboratory Technician certification will require some basic contact details. These include your name, ID proof details, DOB, nationality, gender, religion, and caste. Other than that, you will be required to fill in your parents’/guardians’ details and provide your bank details for fee processing.
