You are required to clear the Pre-internship exam with 70% and Clinical Internship to earn the certificate of completion. Again attending 70% of all classes, and 85% in the internship period will allow securing the Phlebology Technician certificate course certification by Vivo Healthcare.

Step 4: To proceed with the application, pay your tuition fees, and Rs. 2000 as the registration fee. The fees can be paid both online and offline.
Phlebotomy Technician certificate course’s application form will ask for your and your parents’ details. You will also have to provide details like your name, gender, religion, caste, and DOB. You and your parents will need to sign an undertaking form. Additionally, you will have to provide your bank details for fee processing.
Being a part of the pre-internship exam, weekly assessments, and final foundation exam successfully is a prerequisite for certification. Also, failing to secure around 70%, and more marks in the pre-internship exam will cost the students Rs. 1500, for the Remediation exam.

To change your course, you will have to submit a written application to the management. However, this option will be available to you only for 15 days after the commencement of the Phlebotomy Technician certification.
