The primary goal of the yoga course after 12th is to promote, develop, and disseminate Yoga for disease prevention and health promotion. These BA/BSc Yogic Sciences courses cover subjects like Yoga & Human Consciousness, Naturopathy - Principles and Techniques, Biomechanics & Kinesiology, and Introduction to Hatha Yoga.
