First of all the question you have posted is a bit confusing. But let me try to answer your query.

For Central University Entrance Exam (CUET), one can add upto six domain subjects. Since you've already selected four subjects, you can add two more subjects of your choice.

You have also mentioned DU in your question. In that regard if you want to pursue B.El.Ed course in Delhi University, then this year there is DUET. You can select upto four subjects for this entrance test. While in some colleges, the admission will be merit based.

i am doing b.el.ed , its a good course.

for entrance exam , i didnot study anything in particular , mostly basic maths,hindi,english, science and sst is asked , that we studied till 10th and some kind of mental ability quedtions come under maths , in hindi and english comorehensions are there. it is not tough if you have done good till 10th.

the course is 4 year long,

the subjects taught every year are different.

in first year we study , nature of language, chuld development , core mathematics, core social science , core natural science , contemporary india , there are art and craft sessions too along with theatre classes.

in second year we have to choose one subject from political science,history, biology , chemistry,english and others. then the other compulsory subjects are cognition and learning , language acquisition , language across curriculum , human resources and development , physical education classes.

in thurd year we have the chisen subject fro. second year along with pedagogy of evs , logico mathematics , basic concepts in education ,school planning and management ,  material development and classroom management as practical subjects and also theatre/drama classes.

in fourth year we have to choose two from between pedagogies of social science , language, evs and maths and there are some other subjects too ,, mostly in fourth year we have internship in which we go to schools and teach.
