Pursuing an M.A. in Geography after completing a BSc degree is possible, but it's essential to consider the eligibility criteria, course structure, and career opportunities. Most universities require a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, including BSc, with a minimum percentage (around 50-55%).

To be eligible for the PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Geography exam, you generally need:
- Master’s Degree in Geography – You must complete M.A./M.Sc. in Geography from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. Qualification – Since you already have a B.Ed. , you fulfill this criterion.
- Minimum Percentage – Some exams require at least 50-55% in post-graduation .
- State/Board-Specific Rules – Eligibility varies by state and exam board (KVS, NVS, DSSSB, etc.).
Since you have B.Sc. and B.Ed. , you must complete M.A. Geography first to become eligible.
