Hello Sufiya,

Since you have been allotted a seat through the AACCC (Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee) mop-up round but missed the document verification with KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority), here’s what you can do:

  1. Contact KEA Immediately : Reach out to the KEA helpline or visit their office to explain your situation. They may provide a chance to complete document verification if the timelines allow.

  2. Inform the Allotted College : Contact the deemed university where you were allotted the BAMS seat and explain the issue. They might guide you on whether KEA verification is mandatory at this stage.

  3. Check AACCC Guidelines : Review the AACCC counseling guidelines to see if there is any provision for document verification after allotment in the mop-up round.

  4. Seek Legal Advice (if necessary) : If you're unable to resolve this issue through KEA or AACCC, consulting with a legal advisor may help clarify your next steps, especially if the allotment rules allow some flexibility.

Act quickly, as mop-up round admissions are usually time-sensitive.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Hello,

If a student had been allotted a BAMS college in 2nd round Maharashtra state counselling and had not filled the retention form, then he/she might lose that seat because his/her seat is considered vacant. If such a student does not register for the 3rd round, then they will lose the seat that they were given in the second round. This is because the retention form is necessary for retaining one's seat in a particular round. If you do not attend to the 3rd round of counselling, then you will not get an upgrade or a new seat and may lose your allotment in the 2nd round. So carefully check your state counselling rules and meet deadlines to avoid losing admission opportunities.
