Yes, you can take a course in radiology based on your academic background and the institution. If you want to become a Radiology Technician or Radiologic Technologist, you can take courses like B.Sc. in Radiology & Imaging Technology or Diploma in Radiography. Both courses are worthwhile and significant in their own right. Because more people are becoming aware of it, the field of physiotherapy, or BPT for short, is growing every day. The main drawback is that there is a lot of competition.
