Hello,
First of all Indian Forest Service and Movie Director belong to two different domain altogether, even for becoming movie director it's a job where you have to have detailed knowledge about your craft so either you can enroll yourself in institutes like FTII, NSD to name a few where you gain enough understanding regarding your job profile, and not only that you also understand making movie in a holistic viewpoint, next comes the experience part, until and unless you are on a set, your knowledge and understanding of cinema won't be of much help either, as a practical experience is required to put that knowledge into gaining experiences to hone your skills. If you want to pursue a career in movie making as full time, then there is no need to go for IFoS, it's better you enroll yourself in a any of the institute, learn your craft, gain experiences to hone it, and accordingly proceed ahead in your professional journey.
