These bachelor courses at the UG level are usually for four years long. Students have to opt for and qualify in the top national-level entrance exams such as IIT-JEE to pursue courses in this field.
Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main) is a national-level entrance exam that is conducted twice a year. This exam is given by students who want to pursue B.Tech courses and get admission in the top engineering colleges or universities for their relevant course. Students must be from the science stream and should have subjects such as Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Postgraduate Level – Masters of Technology (M.Tech) in Energy Engineering is a course that can be pursued by students who are willing to make a career in this field at the postgraduate level (M.Tech). These master's courses are usually for two years. The course and other factors of these courses may vary in different colleges or universities. Students have to opt for and qualify in the top national-level entrance exams such as GATE to pursue courses in this field.
