To tackle the communication barrier between countries, a new course named International Business Communication was introduced as a management course. The course focuses on effective and smooth communication in multilingual organisations. Due to a large number of companies going global every year, they need professionals with good business communication skills along with intercultural communication.
The International Business Communication course combines the concepts of language learning, international business sense, communication studies, and intercultural communication. Students develop skills such as Analytical thinking, professionalism, situation handling, and decision-making skills. Eligibility Criteria for International Business Communication

For Undergraduate International Business Communication Courses
Candidates are required to have 10+2 education from any recognised Board with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Candidates with a commerce background are preferred for the course.
They must clear any entrance examination held by the university

Students are required to have a 10+2 completion mark sheet from a recognised board
Students must have a bachelor’s degree in any field, but commerce background students are preferred.
Students must have the minimum qualifying marks set by the university in the entrance examination.
As the exam is relatively less explored and introduced in very few institutes, there are no national-level examinations conducted for admission in undergraduate courses as most of the universities and institutes conduct their entrance test along with group discussions and personal interviews.
However, students applying for a postgraduate degree in International Business Communication through the MBA program can give the listed entrance examinations for admission.
(CAT) (Common Admission Test) - It is a national level entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Management for admissions into postgraduate management courses. The mode of examination is online-only, and students with a graduation degree are eligible for the exam. It is held in November.
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) - The examination is conducted at a national level for admission into various post graduate management programmes. The test is computer-based, and students are required to have a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for examination.
MAT (Management Aptitude Test)- MAT is also an entrance test for post graduation courses in management. The exam is conducted 4 times a year to get admission in more than 600 business schools across India. Having an undergraduate degree is mandatory for applying.
