According to latest cut offs if one is applying for PSG Tech if he/she belongs to General category then there cut offs are 75-80. And if one belongs to SC/ST/OBC and other backward classe their cut offs are 33,25,20 and 35 respectively.
And for Anna University the cut offs will be above 65%.

Varsity will reveal state government and private college TANCET cutoffs. For the open category, leading universities/colleges/institutes often require a cut-off score between 34 and 64. Yes.. IITs and NITs are best institutes in India to pursue M.Tech as well as B.Tech and Research .. Well, there are four premium IITs which are better , IIT Bombay .. IIT Kharagpur .. IIT Madras and IIT Delhi .. After then NIT Trichy, Calicut and Rourkela are best for pursuing M.Tech
