MTech Structural Engineering Eligibility

Applicants must meet certain requirements in order to be considered for the M Tech Structural Engineering program. A BE/B Tech in civil engineering is required for eligibility. In order to participate in counselling, individuals must also pass a certain entrance exam.

  • The candidates must have a BE or Btech in Civil Engineering as their undergraduate degree.

MTech Structural Engineering Admission

Admission to M Tech Structural Engineering is granted on the basis of a candidate’s score in the entrance examination i.e. GATE. After a candidate clears the exam, he or she appears for counselling on the basis of which admission is granted.

  • Students are required to then register for specialised subjects while registering for the examination.

According to latest cut offs if one is applying for PSG Tech if he/she belongs to General category then there cut offs are 75-80. And if one belongs to SC/ST/OBC and other backward classe their cut offs are 33,25,20 and  35 respectively.

And for Anna University the cut offs will be above 65%.
