Stage 1: Written Test – Different nationwide competitive tests like CAT, XAT, and GMAT to get a percentile or score.

Stage 2: Apply to B-schools – With the score or percentile the candidate gets in the entrance exam, they have to apply for different B-schools. After that, candidates have to wait for the call from the institutes.

Stage 3: The selected students have to undergo further rounds, which are Group Discussions (GD), Writing Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interviews (PI). – Students are selected based on their work experience, academics, entrance exam score, and performance in GDPI. Selection is basically done profile-wise.

It is important to remember that only a good score in the entrance examination can not guarantee a premier B-school place. Candidates have to perform well in GDPI also. A cumulative score will be generated, and they will get admission accordingly.

Dear student,

It will be very difficult to say when will colleges open in full fledged and offline classes will begin.

See, consider it as until everyone do not get vaccinated colleges will not be opened in a full manner. And specially the central colleges like NITs, IITs and other medical, engineering and graduation universities and colleges will open only when situation is almost over or have zero danger.

As you know some states like Bihar, Telangana are have planned to open the educational institutes from start of July, so it is not that government is not thinking about it, once the people get vaccinated and there will be no fear of third wave then colleges will be opened.

I hope this answer helps you.

All the very best!!
