The minimum eligibility criteria is a degree with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks or equivalent:
For Undergraduate:
Completion of 10+2 exam from a recognized board in India with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks or equivalent.
For undergraduate courses, an appropriate percentile in secondary board examination is required.
The eligibility criteria for UG may differ from one institution to another.
The applicants are accepted based on their results of exams like JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
For Postgraduates:
The eligibility criteria for a postgraduate is a minimum of 3 years of bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks or equivalent.
The candidate is required to have the said percentile to get admission in the institution.
Production and Operation Management Entrance Exams
Different institutions might have some additional eligibility criteria. The admission process for Production and Operation Management, i.e, entrance exam + group discussion and then there will be a personal interview. Examinations are depending on the institution. CAT (Common Admission Test) - CAT is conducted for admission in graduate and post-graduate management programs. The duration for this test is 3 hours which consists of verbal ability and reading comprehension, data interpretation and logical reasoning and quantitative ability.
MAT (Management Aptitude Test) - MAT is a standard aptitude test conducted in India. MAT is used for admission in Master of Business Administration (MBA).
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) - XAT is a management aptitude test which is taken on a national level. It is conducted to select the most appropriate students for management education.
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) - CMAT is a computer-based test conducted to screen the eligible candidates for admission. Into management colleges.
SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) - SNAP is the MBA Entrance Exam for admission to 16 Symbiosis Institutes in India.
ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) - ATMA is a national-level computer-based MBA/PGDM entrance examination conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). The entrance exam is conducted five times in a year for enabling students to enhance their percentile.

MAH CET - MAH CET is a management entrance test which is computer-based. It is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, for admission to MBA courses in various institutes in the state of Maharashtra.
RMAT (Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test) - Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT 2020) is a state-level MBA examination conducted by the Rajasthan Technical University. RMAT is the entrance test which is conducted to offer admission to eligible candidates to 2-year MBA programs that are offered by about 142 colleges affiliated to Rajasthan University.
TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) - TANCET is conducted by Anna University to offer admission to M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan. There are programmes offered like MBA and MCA by various colleges in Tamil Nadu. There are over 200 colleges that accept TANCET scores in Tamil Nadu.
UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam) - Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is conducted by Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates are required to attempt UPSEE Paper 1 to get admitted to engineering programs.
