If any exporter wants to export their goods to the neighbouring countries via road, rail or river then Export Declaration Form is to be submitted at the customs station situated at the border by the exporter or CHA(Customs House Agent) for moving of vessel smoothly to foreign countries.

EDF - Electronics Development Fund

EDF enables the creation of a vibrant electronics ecosystem of innovation, Research and Development(R&D) with the active involvement of industry. EDF aims to provide Fund of Funds to provide risk capital to developing industries in electronics, information technology(IT) and nano-electronics. The fund manager of EDF is CANBANK Venture Capital Funds Ltd. (CVCFL), a Canara Bank subsidiary.EDF was formally launched on 15th February 2016 by Government.

Features Of The Electronics Development Fund

  • The supported Daughter Fund will promote R&D and innovation in specified fields.

  • This fund will act as a catalyst to attract private venture fund investors.

  • Daughter fund participation will be on a non-exclusive basis.

  • The Fund Manager of the Daughter fund will be responsible for raising funds and investigating and monitoring individual investments.
