It is usually written in an informal way, just to express thoughts and everything for themselves. Dear Diary,
I can hardly believe that summer vacation is already over. It feels like it went by in the blink of an eye. Looking back, I had an incredible summer filled with so many fun experiences and memories that I will cherish forever.
One of the highlights of my summer was the road trip I took with my family. We packed up our car and drove for hours, stopping at different cities like Pune, Mumbai, Goa, Panjim and landmarks along the way. It was so much fun to explore new places and try new things. I loved being able to spend quality time with my family and make new memories together.
Another great part of my summer was spending time with my friends. We went to the beach, had barbecues, and even went to an amusement park. It was great to catch up with them and enjoy each other's company.
Of course, I also spent plenty of time relaxing and recharging my batteries. I read books, watched movies, and spent lazy afternoons lounging in the sun. It was so nice to have some time to myself and not have to worry about anything for a little while.
I feel so grateful for the experiences I had this summer. It was a time of growth, adventure, and relaxation, and I feel ready to take on whatever comes next. I will miss the freedom and fun of summer vacation, but I am also excited to see what the future holds.
Until next time,
Divij

Dear Diary,
I just got back from an incredible summer vacation in Nepal, and I am still in awe of all the amazing experiences I had while I was there. Nepal is such a beautiful country, full of vibrant culture, breathtaking landscapes, and warm and welcoming people.
During my trip, I spent most of my time trekking in the Himalayas. It was a challenging and rewarding experience, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to do it. I saw some of the most incredible views I have ever seen in my life, from soaring mountain peaks to lush green valleys. The trek was tough, but the sense of accomplishment I felt when I reached the summit of each mountain was indescribable.
I also had the chance to immerse myself in Nepali culture. I visited ancient temples, ate delicious local food, and met so many wonderful people. Everywhere I went, I was struck by the beauty and richness of the culture, and I felt privileged to be able to experience it firsthand.
I stayed in cozy lodges and teahouses, where I could unwind and reflect on my experiences. I read books, and spent time meditating and practising yoga. It was a wonderful opportunity to disconnect from my daily routine and connect with myself and the world around me.
My summer vacation in Nepal was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to have explored such a beautiful and fascinating country, and I will carry the memories and lessons of this trip with me always.
Your truly
Ashima
