AP ICET 2024: Counselling Phase 2 Started, Seat Allotment Result, MBA Admissions, Cutoff

Admission through AP ICET 2024 will be based on the ranks obtained in the exam. The eligibility cut off for general candidates is 50 marks out of 200. There are no qualifying marks for the SC/ST category. See the table below for scores and ranking comparisons.

The APSCHE specified the eligibility criteria for AP ICET 2024. The details of eligibility for the APICET exam has been intimated in the ICET notification. Those who appear for APICET 2024 must fulfill the eligibility criteria before registering for the test.

The following are the APICET 2024 eligibility criteria:

• Aspirants should be Indian nationals
• Aspirants should have completed their Bachelor’s degree from any discipline or field
• The degree should be a minimum of 3 years or its equivalent, with mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 12
• Aspirants should have a minimum of 50% in graduation level
• If the aspirant belongs from the SC/ST/reserved category, then they need to have a minimum of 45% in graduation level
• If the graduation or the qualifying degree is obtained through distance mode learning should be recognised by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC
• Aspirants who are in the final year of their graduation or are appearing for the final exams are also eligible for APICET 2024
• There is no age limit for APICET 2024

• OC candidates who will secure 50% aggregate are eligible for the counselling stage.
• Candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories will have to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in their degree and APICET 2024 to qualify for counselling.

APSCHE commenced the AP ICET 2024 registration process from March 6. Candidates can fill out the APICET exam application form until April 7. The APICET exam 2024 application form was available only in online mode - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

With a late fee, the AP ICET 2024 application window closed on April 27. The eligible candidates could fill out the online application form for AP ICET 2024, the steps for which are mentioned below.

• Candidates should visit the official AP ICET 2024 website to register for the exam
• Candidates should then proceed and click on the “Fee Payment” tab and select the mode of payment (AP Online/ e-Seva/ MeeSeva or Debit/ Credit Card). The application fee for general category students is Rs 650, Rs 600, and Rs 550 for BC, SC, and ST students, respectively.
• Candidates then need to fill in the application details and pay the fee in advance.
• Once the APICET 2024 application fee has been paid, a payment ID will be generated.
• After this, the candidates will have to go back to the website or the homepage of APICET 2024 and track the status of the fee by clicking on the ‘Know Your Payment Status’ tab.
• Once the payment has been completed, the candidate will be redirected to the APICET exam 2024 page, where they will have to enter the details as required. Candidates will also have to upload their passport-size photographs and signatures in the prescribed format.
• Candidates will then click on ‘Save and Review’ and will have to view the application after completing the AP ICET 2024 application form.
• After submitting the application form, candidates can click on the ‘Print Application Form’ tab to get a printout of it.

Details to be filled in by the Candidates

• Candidate Details: Aspirants will have to fill in their personal details, such as their name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, etc.
• Examination Details: Candidates will have to add their educational details, such as the previously passed exams, percentage, place of study, etc.
• Regional Centre Choice: Candidates will also have to fill in their choice of examination centres, details of which will be mentioned on the APICET 2024 admit card.
• Category: In this section, candidates will have to select the category they belong to.
• Address of Correspondence: The candidate needs to fill in the details, such as full addresses, along with their contact details and valid email ID.
• PS: The photograph should be less than 50 kb and in JPG/JPEG format. The signature should be less than 30 kb and be in JPG or JPEG format.

APICET 2024 is scheduled to be held on May 6 and 7, 2024, in two shifts (9 to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 5 pm). The duration of the exam is 2.5 hours, and the total number of questions is 200. Given below are some of the key aspects of the AP ICET 2024 test pattern:

Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu has released the AP ICET 2024 answer key along with the response sheet on May 8, in online mode. Candidates can download their AP ICET exam answer key by entering the ICET registration number, application number, and date of birth.

Students can also raise a challenge against the preliminary AP ICET answer key if they find any discrepancy in it. The counselling process for AP ICET 2024 will start after the declaration of the result of the exam.
