According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants, level of difficulty of blat this year, no of seats etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , also you are almost on borderline of getting /not getting bhu as last year cut off rank for obc was 75 against 258 marks so you might/might not have a chance.

The cutoffs change every year based on several factors.The cutoffs for BLAT 2019 will be released soon by the official institute for counselling and rounds and final admissions of students.However it can be predicted that as per the previous year cutoffs the cutoff for OBC category may be in the range of 70-75 and 255-288 with respect to ranks and marks respectively.So based upon your marks you have quite low chances.Try for other private colleges ad government colleges.

Try doing it agains. use a different laptop or system may be their is an issue with it.

sometimes the server is low which causes such issues.

Wait for 1 or 2 days or try after few hours and if still it causes an issu then I thinking calling the auntority would be the best option as the last date to fill the form is Feburary 21, 2019 (tentatively)
