HI,
You've scored relaively good marks. You can expect your name is either second or third cutoff for the course of MSc Plant Biotechnology, because as of now the first cutoff list is released by DU in which the cutoof for ST category has gone 205. So, usually it comes down till third fourth cutoff. Just be patient and wait for the cutoff lists.
Your chances in MSc zoology are not that good as the cutoff for your category is around 231. You can expect it to go down but till the cutoff will reach around your score..there might not be seats left. But hope for the best. there is still chance that you might get into this.
And the answer to your last question, yes it is important to do your Masters from a reputed college or university. As it displays your hard work, skill and if you're pursuing masters from a reputed college then you get a hell lot of more opportunities as comapred to a low-grade college.
Hello.
If your career marking is a criteria in the selection process and you said here that it is a criteria then it might be a problem for you to get admission in DU for M.A history. In order to get admission in a central university it is mandatory to meet all their eligibility criteria. Falling short of any one could mean being out of the race.
But hope, luck favours you and you get admission in DU. Just wait for the selection list and the counseling.
Hello aspirant ,
Since the rank list for obc category is very much different from general category students , so you might get a chance for b.ed in DU collleges .
So keep trying .

See, in such cases generally the university does not allow to just hop in whenever you want in the middle of admission procedure. If you missed the admission in second cutoff then its hard to get into the next admission list. My advice to you would be that contact the officials of the department in which you were going to take admission and explain them the scenario. Or Write a mail to the university regarding this. If you miss admission this year then you have to apply for next year's entrance exams once again.
Contact details are mentioned in the cut-off list.
