Hello student in ICAR PG number of total seats is 3077 , and for UG number of seats is 1971.
ICAR UG/ PG seats are selected by ICAR AIEEE examination. Which is of total marks 480 and candidate have to attempt 120 questions of multiple choice and objective type.
You have got the rank 2374 for PG entrance that is ICAR AIEEE for PG for which is the total number of seats are 3077. According to last year cutoff rank there is a chance for you to get seat in ICAR PG courses.

The cutoff score for SC category is 365 and rank is 2550 in this the ICAR AIEEA 2020.So your score seems to be a little less hence it will be difficult to get desired good colleges but anyways your other possibilities cannot be predicted for sure as it depends on the number of seats available in each college for the chosen course and the number of applicants.
Last year's cutoff in West Bengal Viswa Bharathi was 366 and the rank was 5610.

If you get 330 in OBC category then you have highly chances to get UAS Bangalore. Because last year general category cutoff was 315.
And UAS Bangalore is very good college.

Till now no fresh dates for results of ICAR exam 2020 has been released. As of now the date for ICAR exam 2020 is September 23rd. Results will be declared on the official website of ICAR.

As you have not mentioned any particular stream or course ,also not mentioned any caste category so it is very difficult to tell you accurately please provide me these information.
Although for your help I am giving here a generalized lowest cut off for BSc Agriculture course.
If you are a general candidate

>+280
>+240
Just try to get qualifying marks
For other courses depending upon their preference deduct 10- 20 marks.
