Hey there,

I am extremely sorry to tell dear but with your date of birth you are not eligible for IMU CET 2020, as to be eligible for IMU CET 2020 examination you should be a minimum of 17 years as on August 1, 2020 .

But with your date of birth on 31st August 2003 you fail to fulfil this criteria as you will be 17 years on August 31, 2020 but to be eligible you should have been a minimum of 17 years as on August 1, 2020 .

Thus, you can apply IMU CET 2020 this year

what is IMU CET in merchant engineer is it test in mechanical engineer

Hello there

IMU CET entrance exam is for getting into marine engineering.

It is conducted by the Indian Maritime University once in every year to offer admissions into various UG & PG courses in Marine engineering field.

Through IMUCET , admission is provided in five campuses located in Cochin, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Vishakhapatnam.

To be eligible for IMUCET for btech for marine engineering you need to score at least 60% marks in PCM & a minimum 50% marks in English in class 10 tg /12 th but yes in case of SC/ST, there is 5% of relaxation in eligibility marks ( but it is not in English).

Yes, the application will be available online from first week of April, 2020 tentatively and the last date is last week of May, 2020 tentatively.Once the application proccess begins you can apply.So until then you need to wait.Keep yourself updated so that you don't miss any important information.

The dates for the entrance exam of Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test or IMU CET has not been released yet. The tentative date as of now, is June 1,2020. However, the date may extend as well following the outbreak of Covid-19.

imu cet 2020 can be pospond due to effect of corona

Hello,

Coronavirus cases are seemingly increasing in India and this a matter of concern for the entire nation and in this situation,no examinations will be conducted in near days.The government has issued notice that no exams will be conducted before March 31 and any update regarding the exams will be out by authorities before March 31.
Till then keep preparing and stay updated with website.
