You should rather look out for Other Top Central Universities like DU, JMI and many others including good Public and State Universities as well as Private Universities like Christ for BA English. Yes you can appear for the JNU entrance exam after 12th, the only requirements are that you must have passed the Senior School Certificate (10+2) or equivalent exam with at least 45 per cent marks.
