Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have scored 130 marks in entrance but let me tell you that itts very difficult to predict only on the basis of marks without considering various other factors. But as per my view you should get a seat in this college.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Looking at the previous year MET Cutoff, with 94/240 marks or score in MET, your expected rank is to be around 6000-6500. Also, Based on the previous year cut off date you have chances of getting seat in EE, EI, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical in MIT Manipal, in MU Jaipur you have chances of getting seat in Information technology and Computer Science and in SMIT Sikkim you may get seat in Computer Science.
Further, please note that the above prediction of rank and branches in MET is totally based on the previous year MET Cutoff and it may change this year. Hi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appear in the met exam,
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) MET examination difficulty level.
-----------) the engineering branch you want
-----------) the branch of MIT i. e MIT manipal/Sikkim/Jaipur you want etc
But yes, When we go through previous year trend then, Cut off rank for MIT Manipal in 7th round of MIT 2021 counselling for some of the branches is given below:-
As per 7th round MIT 2021 cut off available at:- https://cache.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/MET-2021-round-7-cutoff.pdf
So, If you want to get admission in top branches in MIT Manipal then you must target at least around 700 rank in MIT 2022 examination while for lower branches like biomedical, industrial & production engineering around 30k -34k will suffice.

As far as i know the dynamics of met 40 marks in this examination is quite low and you would get lower percentile which won't be enough to fetch the non core branches like computer science, electronics and information technology.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
