i got 77 percentile in mht cet can i get admission in met institute Nashik for computer engineering...? my caste is obc...

Anurag Khanna 29th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

On such percentile and category you have good chances of getting MET League of Colleges, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik with Computer Science engineering branch  through MHT-CET counselling according to previous year's cut-off and also you can get some other colleges with Computer Science branch on such percentile.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges apart from MET League of Colleges, Bhujbal Knowledge City, Nashik for Computer Science engineering :-

R.H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research

Sandip Institute of Technology And Research Centre (SITRC)

Guru Gobind Singh Foundation's Guru Gobind Singh College of Engineering and Research Centre

Matoshri College of Engineering and Research Centre

Sir Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your percentile and category you can use MHT CET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello,

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for MET exam is that the candidate must have passed class 12th or any other equivalent exam from a recognised board where student must have studied physics, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects in class 12th, so if you have not studied mathematics in class 12th then you are not eligible to apply for MET exam.

Does manipal university offers scholarship based ap board marks and I got rank of 5315 in MET and board aggregate 98.2?

Raj 8th Oct, 2021

Hello student ,

Manipal university doesnt provide any scholarship based on board marks and offers it only and only based on MET rank i.e, if you get a rank from 1-100 you get a freeship and if you get a rank from 101-5000 you get a fee waiver of 20% of the total fees .

These are the scholarships available for Btech course.

Hope this helps and good luck

Hi , I got 87.02 percentile in MAT with a composite score of 662.50 . Will i get an interview call from IPE hyderabad and what is the cutoff range to be met for GD/PI call from IPE hyderabad with respect to previous year trends.

Sudeshna Dutta 7th Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

Congrats on your MAT composite score. You have got a pretty good score and you are even eligible for better colleges than IPE Hyd. SOme of them being XIME- Bangalore , TAPMI Manipal only PGDM-Healthcare   , GITAM etc. YOu are eligible and wil definitely get a call from them.

Qualifications in the field of education

For admission to the PGDM 2021-23 batch, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA (45 percent in the case of SC/ST/PC candidates) from a UGC recognised university / deemed university, or hold an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

Another important condition for IPE admission eligibility is that the candidates must have taken and scored well on any one of the MBA admission tests, including the CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, and GMAT.

Candidates for IPE Hyderabad admissions in 2021 must first compete in a qualifying entrance exam, such as the CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, or GMAT, in order to be considered.

Appearing for GD rounds and PIs

Candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in a group discussion and a personal interview (GD&PI).

The GD&PI round is held at the IPE Hyderabad campus, as well as in other major cities throughout the world.

The academic records of applicants are taken into consideration during the IPE admissions procedure.

if I take drop for 2022 to prepare for jee main or met is there any official procedure to follow, since Im from Karnataka state board and can I also write kcet again in 2022 or for writing kcet next year should I write board exam again ?

Aashiketa 4th Oct, 2021

Hi, to begin with it is very important for you to remember that you DO NOT have to repeat your board exams as the certificate is valid for 4-5 years. So, you can take gap year for more than 1 year as well. Yes, you can give KCET and JEE Mains again in the next academic cycle. There is no official procedure that you need to follow for taking a gap year. Just make sure you write your passing year carefully in the exam's application. I hope this clears all your doubts if not you can comment back on this itself and I will try to help you out. All the best!
