Manipal Entrance Test
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 173/240 in manipal met but with your rank prediction is a bit difficult because these vary a bit according to certain factors like the number of candidates appearing in the examination, difficulty level of the paper, vacancy of seats , the previous year cut off trends.
But as per view , the score is pretty good and you would have good chances in getting a seat in computer science branch.
For more information you can check out the link given for cut offs-

Hello,
In the year 2020 a candidate with rank 2969 secured admission in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal In Data Science and Engineering. Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in MIT, Manipal in the Data Science and Engineering branch. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hi,
Yes, scores of the MET are used for admission to B.Tech to all the four campuses. These campuses have no separate admission procedures. All admissions are done through the centralised Manipal Entrance Test.
It is too difficult to predict the exact rank as it depends on multiple factors such as total number of candidates appeared, tie breakers, highest score, least score and other such factors. But we can predict the expected rank and the expected rank with the given score will be below 10,000. The rank may vary after the results are announced. Considering the previous year cut off trend you have chances of getting seat in
Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
Dear leaner,
As we said earlier one must qualify the met atleast to get a seat in bpharm .but the cutoff for this year is 115 + for bpharm,
As met has 3,4 counselling calls ,maybe you had a chance of getting a seat. Not in main campus but rather other campus.
All the best
