Manipal Entrance Test
hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream and so on. however it is difficult to predict exact score just based on rank since its liable to change in every year. MET b.tech entrance test is of 240 marks, securing 200+ marks out of 240 is a challenging score. securing 12k rank, you may expect communication and computer, IT, data science and engineering at Manipal jaipur campus.

Greetings dear aspirant
Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your MET exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With 131/240, its not possible to get CSE or IT branch in their main campus, i.e. Manipal as there is a huge competition for these seats. The cut-off of CSE branch at Manipal campus was 781 in the year 2020. You can try applying for other branches in Manipal campus like Mechanical, Biotechnology, etc. Also, you can try for branches like CSE, IT, ECE, etc in their Jaipur and Sikkim campuses. Just apply to their counselling process and as it is conducted in different rounds, your chances of securing a seat increases.
You can have a look at the cut-off trends from the above link.
Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your future endeavours

Hello aspirant, the fees for management quota depends on which branch you take and how soon you take admission. The management fees for amrita Amritapuri campus is very high. For branches like ECE or mechanical it is around 4.5 lakh and for CSE it can go even higher than 6 lakh. The hostel fee is around 1 lakh and for first year you need to pay some extra fees for caution money. So I will advise you to try to get prepare for phase 3 of AEEE exam and get a good score so that you don't have to pay very high fees or try other colleges but if you can afford the fees then you can try for management quota but after you have given phase 3 exam. You might score better in phase 3 if you prepare for exam properly and study hard.

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got 130 marks out of 240 in manipal entrance test ,so let me tell you that these things depends upon certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in that examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.
But as you want mechanical in these marks, be rest assured that you will get this branch in the main campus. If you want electronics then you can get that also easily.

Dear aspirant , 154/200 is really a good score in MET. There are good chances of getting a decent rank on this score which will land you to CSE. Although its quite difficult to predict your rank from marks as there aren't much relevant resources for this . Once you get your rank you can use this to check out all your options-
