Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your MET exam. It's really hard to predict rank and cut-off as it depends on the number of students attempting, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc. Based on the previous year cut-off's your rank must be in the range of 10,000-12,000. This is a rough calculation and can vary accordingly.
With this rank you may be able to secure a Mechanical seat but not EEE seat in thier main campus Manipal. This is entirely based on previous year cut-off's. Just participate in their counselling process and as it has many rounds, the chances of securing a seat increases too.

Greetings for scoring such a good score in the mock test. Usually mock test scores and actual test scores are nearer. So, if you score 200/240 in their actual test, then you will very likely end up securing a CSE seat in their main campus.
For the year 2020, the cut-off for CSE branch at main campus Manipal was 781. With a score of 200, its very much possible that you end up with a rank below 700. And even there are many rounds in their counselling process which makes the chances of getting a seat higher.

I hope you are doing good. As per your query , I would like to inform admission in manipal are done on the basis of score obatined MET.
For courses branches like computer science you rank should be below atleast 2000 . For 2000 rank you have to score atleast above 145 to be in first 2000 candidates.
Met exam is compartively easy than jee mains , you just need to go last 10 years of jee mains that would be enough for clearinf the cut off
