I got alloted into a pharmacy college through OJEE under general quota, but now I got to know that I am eligible for TFW quota. I have not taken admission in the college yet, Can I still apply for TFW quota and get my tuition fee waived?

Sohamsengupta8 4th Dec, 2021

Hello Student

As well today pharmacy seat through Orissa joint entrance examination then it will be better for you to join the college and apply for  TFWS scheme to get the tuition fees waving advantages. The eligibility for TFWS scheme advantages the candidate has a better merit than the others and have got a very good marks in entrance examination for admission in the respective courses. Candidate's family income do not exceed 6 lacs per annum.  The student who enjoys the opportunities and advantages in TFWS scheme cannot change his colleges or  the stream has he or she has joined for. Student cannot get the benefit of the scheme if he fails any  semester examination. So if you want to get the opportunity you have to maintain all these criteria before getting the TFWS scheme advantages

Hope this helps.

Rest of the fees should be payed by the beneficiary.

sir i have secured 2254 rank in ODISHA JEE (OJEE) can i get a chance to addmission in b pharma in IPT salepur ?

Piyush 1st Dec, 2021

Hello aspirant,

With your above mentioned rank, although it's quite impressive, but you might get the seat in b pharma in IPT salepur as it is one of the most prestigious colleges and thus it's rank cutoff is high and it keeps on varying every year . So , for you to get a seat there is possible but the chances are much thin.

However , you can definitely get some other good colleges too for bpharma with this impressive rank. So, you can try out on those colleges.

Also, for more information you can check the below article to get complete info about the exam and colleges :

I hope that this will help.

if i have paid the acceptance fee in Ojee Counselling, can i still participate in CSAB?? will i lose my alloted college in Ojee??

Ritvik Baweja 26th Nov, 2021

Hi aspirant,

JoSSA and CSAB counselling process are completely different and have no relation with each other and are being conducted by two separate bodies. The Seat Acceptance Fee (Rs. 35,000 for GEN, GEN-EWS and OBC-NCL, Rs. 15,000 for SC, ST and PwD Candidates) is returned to the tally if no seat are allocated by end of six rounds or is adjusted to the fee if you accept a seat in any of the colleges.

Now as you know CSAB counselling is conducted after josaa counselling so you will have to register for it separately and follow the describe processes.

Hope it helps!!

hi i got my seat allotment letter but didnt get my confirmation letter yet in ojee counseeling in second round where i practised freeze option. i had got my confirm letter in the first round. i had faced no query or any document related problem

Sohamsengupta8 24th Nov, 2021

Hello

You are practiced freeze option that means you have allotted a seat and hi have accepted it and was not present next round of counselling. Your Counselling end up here. In this case you have to report to the allotment colleges for confirmation of your seat and to take admission. There is no question of getting confirmation letter. So go to the allotted seat to the the allotment colleges and secure admission.

Hope this helps.

if someone has given choices like A B C D E F of colleges in ojee and he/she gets D college through up-gradation is there any chance that he/she get lower preference in final allotment.

Srinika Semwal 23rd Nov, 2021

hello there, once after you have been alloted a college of preference d, further , in rounds, you won't get colleges of lower preference in any case. you can get upper choices but not below that specific one. but if you update your preference list and take the D preference to last, then the chances are hight that you might be eligible for all the upper choices in further rounds of counselling .

During my OJEE Counselling 2021 For addmission via Jee MAINS Rank ..... I did a small mistake by successfully clicking on Float Option Without the Payment of addmission-cum-seat acceptance fee... Am i completely out of OJEE counselling or is there chance of myself being on the counselling?

Preetam Bhowmik 24th Nov, 2021

First of all Float Option means that you have been allotted a seat and you have accepted the seat but you want a better programme than what you have been allotted so once you are allotted a seat in the further rounds, you will lose the seat which was allotted a seat . So, by clicking on Float Option does not mean you are out of counselling process so do not worry have relax. If any queries feel free to ask. All The Best!!!

my bpharm rank in ojee in general category is 8000 can i get any govt seat

Aman Mishra 15th Nov, 2021

Hello,

The rank scored by you in the above mentioned examination is quite good and also as you are looking for B Pharma which is very good as it has a great demand and ya you should definitely try for the colleges you are looking for as you have positive chance of securing admission in one of the good colleges only you have to choose wisely as for some top level colleges the competitions are also comparatively very high hence, there it might happen that getting admission will be bit difficult so you have to think and work on it.
