Hello
Anyone who has a percentage above 60 are eligible for taking admissions in Xavier college, if you have PCM you can apply B.Sc. courses. Except for B.ComLLB and BALLB you can apply to all other courses. LLB requires subjects like Statistics. However, having English language as a subject is mandatory if you wish to apply in Xaviers.
Hope this answer helps.
There are 2 St. Xavier Colleges. One is in Mumbai and one is in Kolkata. B.Com in St. Xavier's College Mumbai is an evening session where classes are conducted from 5.30pm to 9.20 pm. Admissions are through the Commerce Section of the college office. You have to fill and submit a form and attend an interview with the Vice Principal of the Commerce selection. Because St. Xavier's is an autonomous college, admissions are conducted based on marks scored in the 12th.
B.Com in St. Xavier's College Kolkatta has both morning and evening departments for B.Com. Admissions are based on the marks obtained in 10+2 examination followed by an interview. But to study B.Com here, pure mathematics or business mathematics or statistics is a compulsory subject in your 12th.
So in both St. Xavier's colleges there is no entrance examination.

Dear student,
There is no entrance examination that you need to clear in order to pursue English honors and journalism.
You just need to complete your 10+2 with approximately 60 percentage (it depends from university to university) and start applying for your preferred university by the month of November.
Good luck!
Hi aspirant,
