see university of hyderabad offers 2 years m.sc program on microbiology or phd course of biotechnology. candidates must have to full fill the eligibility criteria prescribed in official brochure. however from the end of the university there is no specific syllabus released for entrance test. however you may follow the below link to go through the previous years papers, by analyzing the previous year entrance test paper you would get some idea of syllabus:

M.Sc. Molecular Microbiology entrance examination question paper consists of 100 objective type questions of B.Sc. standard and all are to be answered. Broadly, which includes 25 questions each in Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry/Chemistry, and Genetics/Microbiology. Negative marking (0.33 marks for every wrong answer) is applicable for wrong answers.
PhD Biotechnology entrance examination of (70 marks) will followed by an interview (30 marks). The question paper for the entrance examination will consist of 70 multiple choice questions. Question paper consist part A and B each carrying 35 questions. Part A is to test the knowledge of pertaining Research methodology includes Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, General Biology and quantitative aptitude.
Part B is to test specific knowledge of cutting-edge areas of Modern Biology and Biotechnology at Master’s degree level standards.

You have not specified which M.A course you wan to do the University of Hyderabad provides 25 M.A courses. But to be eligible for the courses there are specific subjects that one must have completed in the B.Tech like for M.A in Economics candidate needs Bachelor’s degree in Economics with at least 50% marks in aggregate and at least 50% marks in Economics; OR Bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks in any of the allied subjects, viz., Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any of the Social Sciences subjects. For study of integrated MA in political science which is a five years integrated course for political sciencefor a 11 MPC student of CBSE should take political Science as a subject from the very beginning of 11th class and study and practice it uniformly.
For integrated MApolitical science 5 years course that teaches the student with the knowledge of political theory, party system in India, understanding of the Indian Constitution , public administration,. Theory and practice of international relation.

Hello student dates are not released by the authorities yet as per previous year dates it's expected that the entrance examination shall held in last week of September 2021. Form for entrance examination shall release in first week of April and shall remain open till last week of June.

The pattern of the question paper for the Integrated M.Sc Physics Entrance Exam conducted by University of Hyderabad will be of objective type with multiple choices of answers.
There will be two sections in the question paper such as: Part A,Part B.
Negative marking of 0.33 marks will be there for each wrong answer.
This is applicable for both sections. The candidates can score maximum of 75 marks for the written test.All the questions specified in the question paper should be attempted within 120 minutes.
You can find the previous year papers of HCU in the entrance examination website. Comparatively HCU Qns are quite easy. In any of the central University entrances, if you are getting more than 50% , mostly you will be getting a seat.
