Sorry to say that it is impossible for you to get a government college with this rank. You can try for the some good private colleges like:

• J.S.S. Academy of Technology Education, Noida
• Galgotias College of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida
• Ajay Kumar Garg Engineerring College, Ghaziabad
• Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ghaziabad

As the cutoffs are not yet declared I cannot give you the exact information. The cutoffs will be declared till 25th of june 2018.

Yes, with 711 BCGL rank. You can try for IET. But, I believe getting MMMIT, BIET will be more realistic with your rank. Also, you can try for AKGEC, KIET, JSS.

According to the previous years cut-off ranks, if you belong to the general category, there are no chances for an admission for you in ECE branch. If you belong to any reserved category, you can surely get into that college opting for your desired branch.
