well its completely comparative which colleges you chose .there are lots of colleges you can chose through upsee and many colleges under you get through upsee are much better than lovely professional university but it depends how good you ranked in upsee .on the other hand lovely professional university is also a good choice having good placements .checkout the list of colleges you can get through upsee

You will need to appear for three paper in the BHMCT entrance examination. You have the following three subjects..

1. Reasoning and Logical Deduction
2. English Language
3. General Knowledge and Current Affairs

Your Diploma in Civil Engineering is yet to complete and only after its completion you can apply for the UPSEE lateral entry examination. Also, you need to score at least 45% marks in aggregate for general category or 40% marks for SC/ST category in your diploma engineering course.

As you asked  don't worry you can easily fill the form of UPSEE . But you have to keep result status as awaiting. There is no problem in filling the form. but you have to make sure that you obtain 45% above marks if you belong from general category and if you belong from SC ST category then you should must have marks above 40%. The aggregate of physics mathematics chemistry or biology or biotechnology or vocational subjects are taken into consideration. For the time you can put your result status as awaited in the form. While I hope you have already cleared you intermediate.

If you both have got Chandigarh University and are ok with it then go for it. You can study together and moreover live together because i don't think that with that much difference in ranks you can get same college through UPSEE( Considering core branches).

Sorry to disappoint you.but you can not get direct admission in IET Lucknow.you will have to appear in uptu entrance examination.after counciling you may get IET lucknow if your RANK is very good.

And disqualifying exam you cannot get admission you required.
