You need at least 250 rank under general category in wbjee.But if you are from West Bengal means you belong to West Bengal then even in lower rank you will get CSE in jadavpur university.But each year cuttoff change little bit.

Well, the NEET marks are depend on the lots of the factors like difficulty level of the paper and the number of students.
