And based on your rank, it is difficult for you to get a seat in M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women - Chennai as their previous year cutoff is around 58 marks. However, the cutoff varies every year so let's hope for the best. The probable colleges for you are:

Your rank is quite good and with this rank,  you have high chances of getting a seat in mbm, but chances can be less if the seats are less as only 15% of the students are admitted on the basis of REAP exam.  And as far as a seat in MBM is concerned,  you have not mentioned your score so i can not fully assure you because you must have a score above 110 to get a seat in MBM.

Most of the colleges under KCET do not have reservations for Kashmiri migrants or on the basis of caste/religion. PES do not have any quota for Kashmiri migrants. The admission at PES is purely on the basis of PESSAT, KCET or ComedK ranks (other than management and NRI quotas). Good luck.
