It's difficult to say if you can get a seat for a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) in Andhra Pradesh with a rank of 9,000 in the AP EAMCET your rank is too close to cutoff last year. And with this rank your will be around 85 so you can wait till the last round if you are lucky then you may get the seat.
