What skills should we enhance to get prepared for campus selection, what companies observe in campus selection
Hello ,
To be eligible in campus interviews every college has its own criteria of eligibility .Most college have the system 6.5 CGPA or greater.
Check this criteria and please maintain it and then many companies take have a screening process for selecting candidates.
They conduct aptitude test which which have the questions based on your syllabus and some logical reasoning .
You need to pass this to go to next round . Have the basics of your subjects cleared .The next round will be interview .
They will first ask you about your personal information and your technical abilities .
They will observe how effectively and efficiently you answer their questions , you need to answer diplomatically because the company can't afford their loss for benefit of others. Also you will be asked technical / practical questions according to your steam and will test it.
Your presentation skills matter here most. Also build your resume according to certain standards.
Be yourself , be original , ask questions to them too if they are required

how will i get to know about the selection process , whether i have been selected for further rounds or not in FMS , NEW DELHI ?
Dear Aspirant,
Although the admission into FMS is based on your CAT percentile, One has to apply for it separately by filling up the form and paying the required application fee (INR 1000 for General and OBC Candidates, INR 350 for SC/ST/PWD Candidates). The application will generally be put up online between the 1st and 4th week of November.
After applying for FMS, then when the results came, FMS will call the candidates on the basis of their CAT score. Remember they do not call on previous academic performance but on the CAT score therefore you need to have a minimum of 99.60 percentile to expect a call from FMS( normal case ).
Hope this helps. Thank you.
