B.A. refers to the Bachelor in Arts course which is an Undergraduate course of Humanities stream. The UG level B.A. courses are conducted for 3 years across the country.

However, there are various specialisations under B.A. degree which are, B.A. General Programmes, B.A. Honours and B.A. Major. So, it depends that which Course you have opted for and how many years it will continue for.

The Cut off depends on various factors but Cut off is high this year so it's really hard to predict whether Cut off will Rise or fall for 2nd Round.

I will advise you to Check Available Seat Matrix of Karnataka State NEET Counselling for BDS Seats, If there is Good number of Vacant Seats available for Round 2 Counselling then there may be a chance that Cut off will fall.

You need to mention any of the college that you want to know about cutoff details and all. Whatever, I can assure you the difference of the cutoff including all the rounds of NEET in 2019 and 2020 would be a lot. Means if you consider Medical College, Kolkata as per last year including all three rounds the cutoff marks was 614 for state quota. See by internet research , I don't find out any official document that can instruct what syllabus you should follow.
