If you have an Aadhar verification, you don't need to fill out the declaration form for JEE. However, for candidates who don't have an Aadhaar verification, or if their Aadhaar is not verified, the Self Declaration form is mandatory. You can skip the declaration form as it is not for you.

Your addhar card data must be matching with your marksheet that's mean your name, DOB, address etc.

There are very less chances that any counseling authority ask for your father's addhar card.

Mainly your documents are required for the counseling.

Otherwise if you are applying for home state then in your domicile certificate your father's name should be matching with marksheet,even in other documents like income certificate or caste certificate. All these documents your father's name should be the same exactly.

Otherwise counseling authority will never be asking for your father's addhar card so I don't think you will have much problem. As if it's possible ask father to make corrections by visiting addhar centre for safety in future.

Yes you will have to choose the second option because the name that is to be filled in the NEET UG application form should be as same as mentioned in the class 10th passing certificate so kindly do the same before May 27th, 2022 because correction window is only available till May 27th, 2022 upto 9 PM only.

However, most of the time the system will not check that much, but to be on a safe side, it is better for you to contact the authorities once. They will answer you without any hesitation. No, this will not create any issue in your NEET application form. Your name initials difference in your class 10th board marksheet and on AADHAR CARD willl not make any difference in your NEET registration form.

But, if there are any other errors related to your information that is entered wrong, then NTA Authorities will contact you regarding the same in your registered email ID with the NEET Application form, and you need to rectify the same as when the correction window for NEET application form opens.
