My aadhar card is lost . i only have enrollment slip . my 12th marksheet isnt available yet . i dont have voted id or pan card . what should i carry to neet exam centre as my identity proof .please help me for this one ✋.
Dear aspirant
If your addhar card number have been already issued then if you lost also you can download anytime it from addhar website which is uidai.gov.in with help of your addhar no or enrollment no. And mobile number register with your addhar card. If you don't have registered mobile number then also you can download it. Please visit UIDAI website for more details. You can visit addhar center for this or any internet cafe which do work related to addhar.
In case if you don't get your addhar card, then you can carry your 12th exam admit card or 10th class passing certificate/marksheet/admit card as your valid I'd proof. This all are official documents of your educational qualification which can be used as valid I'd proof for entering examination hall.
Hope I may have resolved your query.
All the best !!
In my 10th certificate, Name-Riya. I dont have any surname in my all documents and my fathers name is without surname. (Aadhar card, migration certificate, date of birth, SLC, and also in 11th class admission form) Will it create problem for me in future. Is surname is compulsory for any govt. job
Your name should match to your identity in various documents. If in all your documents, your name is written without surname then I don't think there would be any problem.
Thanks
sir,I have got 29000 rank in TS EAMCET exam. All my Certificates are in TS from 5th-12th class. My Income and Caste details are in TS stateBut my Aadhar card Address in AP .Can i be considered as Local cabdidate.plz help me my counselling date has been reaching.
Hello,
You do not have to worry if your address on Adhaar Card has address of AP state. Aadhaar Card is not an address proof. It was launched in 2009, Telangana and AP were bifurcated in the year 2014 so the citizens who have enrolled for Aadhaar before 2014 living in AP will have AP address on it. You can apply for address change by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment center and update your current address. It will take 3-15 working days to update the address on Aadhaar Card. Besides, you will be considered as local candidates as you have studied from class 5th to Class 12th in Telangana. You have to carry the required documents to the help line center for document verification. You have to carry original documents along with 2 seats of photo copies of it
- TSEAMCET -2021 Rank Card
- TSEAMCET -2021 Hall Ticket.
- Aadhar Card.
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate.
- Class 6ht to Intermediate or its Equivalent Study Certificates.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2021 by competent authority, if applicable
- EWS Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for the year 2021-22, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education
My 12th certificate, Aadhar Card and PAN Card have my middle name (fathers first name) but my birth certificate, 10th certificate do not have middle name. i am currently in college and using my middle name. Will this create any problem?
Hello,
The details in all documents must be same. The details given in the class 10th certificate are considered in most of the cases. So when you apply for admission or recruitment you have to fill the details as per class 10th certificate unless stated otherwise. Now, you can either change your name in class 12th certificate, Aadhaar Card and PAN card or you ca get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to the same person. And whenever you have to attend document verification you can provide the affidavit so that you will not face any problem.
sir in my neet application form i filled my surname as Sk but in my aadhar card has Sk.(add a full stop) will create any problem at neet examination centre for identification ?
Hello,
No, You will not face any problem when you attend the exam as long as there isn't any difference in the name on the admit card and Adhaar card. You will have to carry Adhaar card for identification purpose. You do not have to worry about it. You will be allowed to appear for the examination.
I have given passport number in neet application form as valid id proof.. At the time of exam can I give my aadhar card in the exam center?
Dear aspirant
As you have given passport number as valid I'd proof in neet application form so in your admit Card also your passport no will be mentioned as valid I'd proof. So it's better to carry your passport during neet examination too because they will check your valid I'd proof with admit card.
In rare case if you are not able to take passport then take addhar card as valid I'd proof. In some cases this may be issue which you may resolved telling the valid reason on exam center.
Otherwise take your valid ID proof which will be mentioned on your neet admit Card.

hello,my eamcet application form date of birth is different to Aadhar card date of birth is it causes any problem
Hello,
You will not face problem if the date of birth is different in Aadhaar card but you need to get it corrected by filling an application for correction in date of birth at the nearest Aadhaar enrolment center. For time being we would suggest you to carry any other Government photo Identity card such as Driving licence, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport to the examination center on the day of examination in which the date of birth is correct. The date birth on the hall ticket and application should match with the date of birth in the valid photo identity card.
