To make any corrections in Adhar Card you must have original copies of the valid identity documents. It includes passport, birth certificate, voter Id, pan card , 10th or 12th marksheet, driving license etc. So, yes you can use your passport as a valid document to correct your name in adhar card from "Govind" to "Govind Mani".

As you said the registration is closed , but sorry to say you can't correct now.. but one thing you can do is.. go to their official website and email them your situation.

The name which you are will mention for NEET UG Application form should be as same as mentioned in your class 12th marksheet and there is no need to change your name in AADHAR card even because it is quite understood. Sometimes due to space problem/printing error the space between first name and last name removes off. So not to worry and fill your name as in class 12th marksheet. And for safer side update your name in your AADHAR card as soon as possible.
To help you out with the NEET 2021 application process follow the steps given below :-
** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

You should apply for the Application form using the name as in your 10th and 12th marksheet, as you will have to show them during counselling session. You need to get your aadhar credentials corrected as soon as possible because it is also needed as your I'd proof.
The best solution at current would be to get your aadhar corrected or use any other government authorised I'd proof ( name should match as on your marksheets) because getting a correction in previous certificates will be hectic and time consuming.

This is literally wrong and if you get caught you might have to face the consequences.
Fulfilling the eligibility criteria is very important in every exam. Along with that there is a minimum number of turns which one can give the SBI cleark exam.
Why will you waste your one chances. If you want to anaylase the level of difficulty, refer to the past year question paper and even the memory based question on YouTube with detailed analysis.
Wrongs means will lead to consequences.
So I will suggest you not to go with that.

I do not have surname in my certificates. In all my certificate (Birth, aadhar, Passport,10th ), only 1st name is there. Does it cause problem in applying online for DU. I some other private universities, I faced problem

see till now delhi university ug application form has not release. so it is not possible to predict that you will not face any Issue. however since in your all certificates and ID proof has no mention of surname, I dont think you will face issue. for private colleges or university you should contact with exam control authority to troubleshoot the issue while filling the application form.
i have OBC NCL certificate from up state but the address in all the other documents ( aadhar , school certificate etc) is of delhi can i use my obc certificate for taking admission in iit

You will not face any problem if the address is different in the certificates such as Adhaar card, Educational Certificates from category certificate. As long as the category certificate is valid and is in the format specified you will not face any issue with it at the time document verification for JoSAA counselling. According to your question the name in Aadhaar card and class 10th certificate is same but in other documents it is different. You can either apply for name correction for other documents in which your name is different from the one in Adhaar card and class 10th certificate or you can get an affidavit stating that both the names belong to you. Affidavit is document in which the statement of an individual is declared to be true and it is a legal document.

No, it will not create any problem. Adhaar card is for identification purpose, you need to carry the Adhaar card for identity of yourself. In SSC HCSL application form you need to fill the name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per the details in the class 10th certificate. As you have filled the application form according to the class 10th certificate your application will be accepted.
In NEET UG coumselling or during admission, does mothers identity proof is asked though I gave my fathers proof??Because in my class 10 and 12 certificates and DOB , my mothers name is Nitu Sah but in all of my mothers documents (aadhar pan card etc, ) , her name is Nitu Devi.

Mostly, parent's identity proofs are not required, also caste certificates. family income are required only when category quota are used.
