visit the official website and then there will an option/link available which says forgot registration number,
after that the site will ask you some of the details and will send you your reg.number on the registered email id or the phone number.

If you study in ap for six years you will ne declared as local or else for six years you will be declared as non local. You can change everything like aadhar,ration,income. Any state also if you study in six years you will be local. If you are son/daughter of government employee you can change easily.
Actually I am appearing for neet 2020.The photo in my aadhar card is not of my present photo. The photo is of my 5th class. will they permit my aadhar identity ????

NO absolutely not majority people don't update their recent photo and thus bio metric identification is done at the center if required. You will be allowed to give exams if all your papers are correct.

You didn't mention what exactly is the difference in your father's name in your aadhar card and the class 10th certificate. But, usually, your class 10th details will be considered in any future endeavors. The aadhar card details are required to confirm your identity. So, you don't need to worry too much about it. Can I use aadhar copy for valid ID proof, than original aadhar as I have recently updated it for neet 2020?
No, you cannot carry photocopy of your Aadhar card to you neet examination centre for verification, you need to carry your original Aadhar Card instead of photocopy.
In case if you don't have your original Aadhaar card with yourself then you can carry any of the following documents along with you to your neet examination centre :-
* PAN card
* Ration Card
* Driving License
*Voter ID
*Passport
* Or any other valid photo ID issued by the government

You don't need to worry at all even if your Aadhaar card has mother's name and your father's name is there on the neet admit card , it's completely ok and you are all safe .
What matters is your name and your photo in your ID proof and your father's and mother's name doesn't matter, they don't check it while allowing you into the examination centre.
Also, along with the valid photo ID proof like aadhar card or PAN card etc you should carry following documents as well to you neet examination centre
* Printout of your NEET examination admit card
* Your passport size photograph
*PWD certificate (if applicable)

As I am staying away from home in friends place as neet exam centre is nearby to it also I am carrying UIDAI card which has my mothers name on it and my admit card has fathers name(x KR Singh). I am not able to suffice other valid IDs but have old aadhar fathers name as X KR Y. what to do?

No need to worry, as you said you have your UID card they will just check your photo and name. To be on safer side carry colour printout of other ID proof, in case if they ask.

*Aadhaar Card
* PAN card
* Ration Card
* Driving License
*Voter ID
*Passport
* Class XII Roll number issued by the Board or any other valid photo ID issued by the government.
So, yes you can definitely carry Aadhar card as your photo identity proof .
Apart from your photo identity proof you need to carry following documents as well :-

I have now noticed that my fathers aadhar id name is TG Sathish and in my 10th marks card its just Sathish. Will i face any problems for comedk since i have submitted fathers aadhar card as fathers id.
It should not pose any issues ideally. If you have mentioned your Surname, it will be good enough. But when you are going for Counselling and document verification, make sure you get an affidavit done stating that both Mr. Sathish and Mr. TG Sathish belong to the same person. That way there will not be any issues. Now that Karnataka High Court has said that it will not interfere with the conducting of COMEDK and authorities going forward with the exam, along with Aadhar card, take another valid Id proof as well. So that there will be no last minute hassles. But ideally, you will not face any issues with your Father's name.
