agr humare body me Kahi bhi pain hota h to hum medicine lete h phir vo pain thik ho jata h mujhe ek baat nhi samajh aati ki medicine Apne AAP hi uss body organ ke pass kaise pahuch jata h
Hello!
Medicines are made up of certain chemicals which act on specific receptors. And your body tissues have also got certain receptors- cells or groups of cells which are formulated to respond to only a certain type of stimulus(say chemicals). When you take any medicine, it reaches your circulatory system after getting absorbed from your gut. While in blood it travels all around in your body and when it reaches its specific receptor, it binds to the receptor and brings about the desired action.
There is another mechanism also! The other mechanism is centrally mediated by the brain. There are nerves connecting your brain to each and every cell of your body like a huge network of wires. The faulty nerves switch themselves off. And this switch off mechanisms is done with the help of certain drugs which directly act on the central nervous system. Painkillers work usually in the same way.
Hope you understood!

Hey,
Regarding your query I would like to provide your sister some important tips required to get extra-ordinary marks in NEET UG 2020 Examination.
1. BIOLOGY : Now, There's a common misconception that, you have to read a lot to get a good score or a set a seat in any government medical college. I am not saying that hard work doesn't pay off, sure it does. But there are some tips and tricks so that you can enjoy the journey.
A. NCERT: For biology, first you have to finish your NCERT Biology! Most of the questions in NEET directly comes from NCERT.
B. ABC of Biology: you can use this book, as a reference. But at first, finish NCERT.
C. For detailed explanation you must follow SC Verma and GRB Bathla’s Publications in a regular basis.
D. MCQ: For mcqs, solve MTG'S Biology at Your Fingertips. It's completely based on NCERT and there are some extra points which are important for a better understanding of the subject. You can also use Trueman’s Biology – Vol 1 and Vol 2 in this regard. And one more thing, for MCQs don't forget to practise Dinesh Objective Biology thoroughly.
2. CHEMISTRY : One thing keep in mind that Chemistry is the most scoring subject in any competitive exams. So for extra-ordinary performance in any exam you should be very talented, detailed-oriented and well-resourced in Chemistry.
A. For inorganic chemistry, you can thoroughly study NCERT.
B. However for Physical and Organic chemistry, I'll recommend you GRB Publication, because they are accepted nationwide and you'll get very detailed explanation. Moreover O.P.Tandon and Arihant are the most useful books for scoring good marks in NEET. And particularly for Physical chemistry you should go through P.Bahadur and for Organic Chemistry (specially for Reaction Mechanism) you can use Morrison and Boyd.
C. For mcqs and other questions you can solve MTG'S Chemistry at Your Fingertips.
3. PHYSICS : You can study Concept of Physics by H.C. Verma but it's gonna be a extra load for the students from PCB background and if you are an extra talented students, you should go for I.E. Irodov. Moreover for practising problems in mechanics and rotational dynamics you must go through Objective Physics by Pramod Agarwal minutely and for optics, electromagnetism and waves just practise Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick, and Walker regularly.
For mcq purpose you can solve D.C. Pandey and MTGs Physics at Your Fingertips.

Kya aap agar nit college me h to phir se jee mains dekar better nit le sakte h?? ans plzz
In jee mains the maximum number of attempts allowed are three. You first attempt is counted as over in the year that you have passed your class 12th. After that you can maximum find into two attempts in next consecutive years.
Now if you are studying in another nit and you have still one or two attempts left, then definitely you can give one more shot in jee mains examination. Now if you secure a good rank then definitely you can take admission in another good nit as per your jee mains rank. And again you have to sit in josaa counselling and follow the same procedure to get admission.
Also note that the admission will be given from a new session, which means you will again study from first year in another nit.
So I hope your doubts are cleared.
