I want to do a job in accounting but from naukri i got a notification of payroll executive in ADP. And ADP company is really good. What should i do? Is payroll field good? Should i go for the interview?

Yes, i found payroll as a good job.
They play a role in developing organisation, probability a particular information to company and keeping a record of employees.

So,it can be even considered without payroll a company is incomplete.As you even mentioned the company is good.So please visit the interview don't loose a opportunity.
Even payroll job is similar to accounting.
