should anyone weak in accountancy pursue for CA course
For Doing CA you require hard work and dedication.
Math is in only CA-Foundation
You can manage that by hard work but being weak at Accounts isn't good.
Accounts play a significant role in passing the CA exams.
I'm not saying that you can't do CA but you have to overcome your's this weakness.
Clear the concept of Accounting which is in +1 & +2 classes.
All the concepts of Accounts should be clear in your mind after that you may proceed for CA.

Im in 12th grade , if i fail my accountancy board , but pass all my other subjects and my additional skill subject(marketing) , will i be declared pass or not ?

If you have total 6 subjects and you pass in 5 and you fail in 1, as Accountancy in your case. You will be considered pass in 12th grade.
But if you have total 5 subjects and you pass in 4 and fail in 1 you have to give compartment exam to clear your 12th standard and apply for college admission.

Yes you are eligible to pursue MBA from IGNOU as the minimum educational qualification required for admission in MBA in the University is that the candidate must have completed their graduation from any stream with atleast 50% marks for genaral category candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates, there is no age limit to take a admission in MBA in IGNOU, the admission in the MBA course in the university is on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the University ie. OPENMAT Entrance exam, however for admission in 2021 no Entrance test will be conducted by the University this year.
